About Us

SylvaPetra is an online storefront presenting name-print shirts, graphic tops, knitwear, hooded layers, jackets, shorts and trousers. Its catalog brings together the individual listings shown on this website so customers can review the designs, product forms and available options that interest them.

Questions About a Purchase

For a product or order inquiry, contact oswaldevan5176@outlook.com. Include the product details or the order reference and explain the question. Clear descriptions and relevant photographs can help show an item concern.

The Shipping, Refund and Payment policies explain the corresponding inquiry processes. Read the information relevant to the actual order rather than assume that a deadline, charge or option for another purchase also applies.

Understanding an Individual Listing

Designs, names, graphics and product-brand references should be read as part of the individual listing. Select only an option actually offered for that item; an example image or printed name is not by itself an additional customization input.

A product category is a browsing aid. Use the description and options for the item you are considering when judging its form, fit, intended use or included components.

A Product-Led Approach

Start with the item that fits your interest, then read the information for that particular listing. The title, description and available options provide context for the design or product form. Broad browsing labels help organize a varied catalog while the individual listing remains the source for the item details.

Our Goal

The aim of this storefront is to make the current assortment easier to explore and compare through clear product listings and accessible information. Customers can review the catalog, consider the details of an item and contact the store with a focused question about a product or purchase.

Shopping With the Store

Before placing an order, review the product title, selected option, quantity and any supplied size, material, capacity, included-item or care information. Check the price, delivery information and payment methods presented for the order at checkout.

Keep the order reference and the relevant product information. If a detail is important to your choice and is not clear from the listing, include the item name and your specific question in an email.

What You Can Explore

The current assortment includes these browsing groups. Each group contains individual listings with their own product information; it is not a statement that all items share the same material, dimensions or ordering format.
